This apartment, No. 207 at University Hall has been vacant for at least six months; probably longer. You can't really get anybody at the bank to talk to you about foreclosures, much less foreclosures that will end up losing the bank money. This one was listed for sale last summer for $85,000, but isn't on the market anywhere anymore.
It's a bright and sunny, south-facing one bedroom apartment. It has three closets--coat, linen and bedroom. The floors are pretty parquet which need a little love, but are in pretty good condition, considering.
The kitchen & bath could both probably use a make-over, they're both a little grody with lack of use. But a fresh coat of paint, a set of Ikea cabinets and Best Buy appliances, and you're good to go. If only BoA would put it back on the market!
