I sold this house in Deanwood to a couple who are friends of mine. I hadn't ever been to Deanwood, a great residential neighborhood tucked in between the
National Arboretum to the North, Eastern Avenue to the East, and East Capitol Street to the South, before I was showing them properties. Working with them was a really great set of adventures, discovering and being awed by new-to-me areas of my beloved city.
