September 1, 2011 : Yoga to Quit Smoking

How to use yoga to quit smoking: go to yoga all of the time.  

I used to spend ten minutes every one to three hours smoking a cigarette.  Now I spend an hour and a half, every one to three days on the yoga mat in a class. 

Thursdays I make it a point of always going to Quiet Mind to see Yael Flusberg, poet, Reiki master and yoga teacher extrodinaire, she leads each class as if it is a poem or a prayer.
