My Bestie organized a "Cherry Blossom Secret" pickic in Kenwood, MD, a posh suburb just across the DC / Montgomery County line on Friday, April 1.  She had just broken up with her boyfriend, and it was cold and miserable outside.  We tried to make the best of it.
