May 10, 2011 House Party Antics

In late summer 2009, I moved into an awesome group house with my bff, Maureen (middle), and two of the pictures above musicians (Adrian, Ken).  I called it the House Party on 16th Street.   It took about a year for me to realize group house living wasn't my cup of tea, and another two months to move out, into a studio three blocks away.

I still have bestie dates with Maureen (usually involving crap food and crap tv and gossip and deep, spiritual conversations).  I stopped in last week, and by some miracle, all of the housemates were home. (One or three are frequently on tour, or out of town, or staying with their boy/girlfriends, etc).  I made them pose for photos.
