I managed to get myself stuck going around five traffic circles during rush hour, while going home the other day -- Observatory Circle, Sheridan Park Circle, Dupont Circle, Thomas Circle, Scott Circle and Logan Circle.  I was on Mass Ave, and desperate to get off Mass and onto Rhode Island Avenue.

I've figured out how to go around a circle, and remain on the same street on the other side; I can go around and end up on a street closer than the other side.  I have not yet figured out how to go more than 50% around the circle.  Rhode Island was always more than 50% around the circle.  And then, of course, once I finally got off Mass Ave, I had to go around Logan Circle to get Rhode Island.

It being rush hour, however, people were a little bit forgiving of my need to cut across lane to accomplish my goal.  Also, traffic was dead still, so I could entertain myself with photos.
