There's a neglected old grill and a picnic table on one half of the parking lot in my building, but given that it took 5 months to get the answer to the very important question "Has the roof been replaced, and if so, when?" (seriously, 5 months, asking at least a dozen times), I decided it wasn't worth the hassle to ask about the grill.
So I bought the cheapest, smallest off-brand kettle grill at Home Depot, and the Mister and I set it up in my parking spot. This is made possible by my tiny car. The grill is just big enough for two burgers and veggies for two, and as long as I keep everything within the bounds of my spot, there's nothing no one can say about it (I've read the condo docs thoroughly).
I feel so awesome about this. Also my lesbian neighbors joined us for a beer, and said they'd love to make use of the grill, too.
